Omkara Singh Oberoi-Character Sketch Part 1
The Omkara of Ishqbaaaz before the beginning of his own Love story-Part 1
He was a man ,as soft as flower, as hard as a stone...
when it comes to the relationships he loves to cherish, relationships which made his otherwise painful life worth living,to all those people ,he was as soft and gentle as a flower, especially other two parts of his soul-shivaay and Rudra, nd dadi tooo.they were his happiness..
while when he thinks about his mom.. its was all about pain. Even if he was that flower,
only he had that courage to say truths on anybody's face and only he had that courage to point out if anybody did any mistake that too without considering the age or whatever.
He was as hard as stone.. which never ever melted for his dad. Omkara once if hate a person.. he will hate them forever,there is no second thought in that.
He was that unfortunate kid of the Oberoi family who grows up seeing happy mom and dad for some time of his childhood, which made him say to his dad that " when I reach the 4th standard, I want to marry" looking at that wedding album of his mom and dad.
But then this same unfortunate kid started praying to god when he reached the third standard that "he should fail in exams..so that he won't reach the 4th standard ., and he didn't want to get married and start to fight like mom and dad."
A fight between that mom and dad, whom once he wanted to share conversation with, broke that beautiful innocent heart into pieces of glass, from there onwards his life was all about pain.
A strained relationship with that mom and dad effected this kid sooo soo deeply that he shifted his focus to art, paintings, poems, where all his pain came out as creativity.
Even if his mom had such a bad relationship with the dad, she did gave her son a right pathway to follow.. it was his mom shifted his focus to all these things.and asked him to turn his pain to creativity. Whenever he sees his mom in pain..he enraged.but as a kid he couldn't do a thing.whenever his mom cried, he counted that tears of mom as hatred against his dad, and as he grew up, his pain grew along with him, so do his stubbornness.
He was that one child who suffered it all alone and his happiness was with his moments with shivaay and Rudra. Rudra being his younger brother, he became a shield for his younger brother and protected him from the fight between his mom and dad. That is how shivaay became a fatherly figure and Omkara became the motherly figure for rudra.Means he has that heart, which doesn't want to see others suffer as he did.
He has seen a lot..so he knows the value being gentle with the people, as many won't show the pain which they are going through. So he was always gentle with all people.he was always a good listener..he became more and more realistic.
he became that way because of the life experiences he had,while his dad wants him to be the heir of the Oberois,he found all those things worthless and meaningless.He feels that..they have a lot of money,but peace is seen nowhere for them.
and he found out his happiness in the misty soil with which he can create a world of happiness where he is the creator because,the very own creator of his life gave him pain only all these while.colours, the vast sky and the more, it gives the endless peace...Materialistic things never gave him peace , it always gave him pain only.
so he himself choose an unconventional pathway, and became an unconventional man in this conventional world.
His only solace was his brothers wid whom he share something if he wishes to.
His creativity manifested his pain, while the pain kept on increasing as his mom started having drinks, and right in front of his eyes, his family broke like a glass house. he had no idea what to do..he just wanted to hide out from reality and he ended up in drugs, as it gave him fake solace which was much needed for him..he just wanted to be away from this fake world which always pricked him with thorns.But his brother brought him back to life..still he was not ready to face the realities of life..(the same he tried to do when his sister was in trouble..he couldn't figure out what to do at that time)
he was tormented when he saw his mother is still suffering because of a second woman in her life..again he wanted to run back from reality which, made him think of a suicide..he was that soft that he just wants to run away from this cruel world.he was not ready to fight. but then as shivaay brought him back from his drug world... and asked him to start fighting against the odds..
from there onwards he started fighting against dad...he did all the things that his dad don't want him to do.. and when his dad questions him..he had 100 questions back for his dad for what he does to his mom...and that is how his dad become Mr.Oberoi for him.
With all the bad things happened in his life..still he chose to become a man with a lovely heart, as he knows this world needs more of people with a heart.His mother taught him to be like that.with the tragedy happened in his life..he could have chosen to become a man who shut the doors of his heart, but he never did..instead he tried to become a pain reliever for others.. he became more emotional,more gentle with all the relationship that is left for him..he became ready to save those relationships at any cost,even if it is his life..
for this man only knows the value of relations and what it means, to suffer pain all alone..!!! so he didn't want the same with others..so himself became that man he wanted others to be.
